Mad Libs

Write a paragraph or so (5-7 sentences) in which you discuss the importance of word choice in establishing tone.  How silly did your Mad Lib turn out to be?  How would it have been different had you chosen different words?  What if you had known the context of the story beforehand?  How can an author's word choice help to achieve his or her purpose and develop a tone?
